Hotel and spa in Lourdes

We travelled as a family of four (kids 14, 9) to visit Lourdes. Grand Hotel Gallia Londres is wonderful place to stay - room and amenities were of very good quality, breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices and was excellent, dinner offered good quality food (which is not usual for Lourdes), service at the restaurants was very amiable and staff were always very helpful and courteous. A bonus is that it is only a few steps away from the Lourdes Sanctuary - a visit to which was our main objective. While planning the trip, I chose Grand Hotel Gallia Londres expecting a very good quality hotel and I was not disappointed. I will stay there again. (July 2022)

I stayed here with my mum and my 2 children. We’ve been coming to this hotel for 4 years and we’re delighted every time. Service with a smile from warm and friendly staff who really “go out of their way”. The meals are varied and made from quality ingredients. The food is nicely presented. The communal areas are very clean and so are the rooms. This is a little peace haven right near the shrines. Besides paying pilgrimage in Lourdes, you get a real change of scene and that holiday feeling.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Hôtel Gallia-Londres in Lourdes. The first time was due to what turned out to be a happy combination of factors, but this time we made the deliberate choice to come here. And it was sumptuous: From the phone booking to check-out, the experience was a succession of spot-on hospitality: Be it the reception, the various services provided and the people involved, the rooms, the restaurant meals... it was all excellent. But what impressed us the most was the warmth, generosity and kindness of everyone. They all contributed to making our stay perfect. We extend our warmest thanks to them. And it goes without saying, of course, that we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a very pleasant holiday.

The Gallia Londres is a magnificent hotel, beautifully decorated in a traditional style with splendid chandeliers, wooden panelling, thick carpets and a lovely subdued atmosphere. It’s a welcoming and pleasant hotel. Change nothing! The warm atmosphere and friendly staff, with their style and professionalism, make you feel as welcome as if you were family. A place I’d recommend.
